F_SplitterDevice_SplitterDeviceInputPort

You can find existing relationships and create new ones in ArcCatalog. Almost all relationships are found at the geodatabase level, as opposed to the dataset level. Below is an image of the final properties for this relationship. For more information about these settings, see the relationship topic Summary of Recommendations.

Because this is a parent/child relationship, it requires the following autoupdater set at the relationship itself:

  • On Relationship Created: ArcFM Update Fiber Parent Field

  • On Relationship Deleted: <None>

IMPORTANT: This relationship is for the splitter being modeled as a related object table to a splice point. In other words, it is for the splitter with the model name SPLITTERDEVICE. This is the splitter supported by Wavepoint. The names of tables, relationships, and fields do not matter to Fiber Manager. Fiber Manager only cares about the model names assigned to the tables, relationships, and fields. Here, the model name is being used as the relationship name to differentiate the two splitter data architectures.
