ArcFM Mobile Tab
On this tab, you can view details about all of the roles you have defined for ArcFM Mobile users. The number following a role name is the total count of users assigned that role.
Users who are assigned the admin role, but who also have other roles, are displayed solely on the Admin subtab. For example, an inspector who is also assigned admin privileges is displayed on the Admin subtab and not the Inspector subtab because Admin credentials supersede other roles’ credentials.
The list of users under each role is sorted by most recent login. When you click a username, you see the person’s email address, time of last login, login count, connection type, and roles.

Portal for ArcGIS roles are managed through Portal.

Corporate accounts (with Active Directory as their chosen authentication) are managed through AD and not through User Management.
Delete
Based on the user’s connection type, clicking Delete clears the cache of information related to the user. This is particularly helpful if users encounter something wonky with their login. This does not remove the ability for the user to log in to the app.
Logout
When users are actively using the app, clicking Logout does not boot them out of the system. This button refreshes their token and takes effect upon the next login.
