Installation Procedure

  1. UPS: Follow the receiving and unpacking manual to remove the cabinets from the pallet.
  2. UPS: Position the Cabinets.
  3. UPS and Lithium-ion battery cabinets: Install the Rear Seismic Anchoring for the UPS and the Battery Cabinet(s).
  4. UPS: Prepare the I/O cabinet for power cables. Follow one of the procedures:
  5. UPS: For single mains systems only: Install the Single Utility/Mains Installation Kit 0H-9161.
  6. UPS: Connect the Power Cables in a 480 V System.
  7. UPS: Mount the Front Anchoring Brackets.
  8. UPS: Route the Signal Cables between the I/O Cabinet and the Power Cabinets.
  9. UPS: Prepare for External Signal Cables.
  10. UPS: Connect the Emergency Power Off (EPO).
  11. UPS: Only for external synchronization: Connect External Synchronization.
  12. UPS: Connect Equipment to Input Contacts and Output Relays.
  13. UPS: Connect the Modbus Cables.
  14. UPS: Final mechanical assembly:
  15. Lithium-ion battery cabinet: Install the Battery Modules in the Battery Cabinet.
  16. Lithium-ion battery cabinet: Position and Interconnect the Battery Cabinets.
  17. Lithium-ion battery cabinet: Install the Front Seismic Anchoring.
  18. Lithium-ion battery cabinet: Install the Battery Modules in the Battery Cabinet.
  19. Lithium-ion battery cabinet: Connect the Power Cables.
  20. Lithium-ion battery cabinet: Route the Signal Cables to the Switchgear, Rack BMS, and System BMS Ports.

Startup must only be performed by Schneider Electric.
Failure to follow these instructions will result in death or serious injury.
