Pairing the device
Using the Wiser app, you can pair your connected curtain
controller puck with the Wiser Hub to access and control the shutter.
To pair the device:
IMPORTANT: Before pairing
the device, connect your mobile to the home Wi-Fi network.
- On the Home screen, tap
Devices.The Device Management screen appears. - Tap Devices > +.The Add Device screen appears.
- Tap Preferred > Without

Way Switch (A).
- Add the following Device Information:

Enter Device Name (B): Add the device name.

Assign Existing Room (C): Select an existing room.
NOTE: If your room is not in the existing room, create a new one.-
Add New Room (D): Create a new room.

- Press the push button 4 times in 10 s.The LED indicator rapidly blinks green.NOTE: If the LED does not blink, reset the device and attempt pairing again. For instructions on resetting the device, refer to Resetting the device.
- Tap Next.NOTE: To begin scanning for devices, make sure to enable Bluetooth permissions.
- Tap MAC ID (E).NOTE: If you are unable to find the device, tap Rescan (F).
- Tap Select Wi-Fi (G) and choose
Wi-Fi network.
- Enter the Wi-Fi password in the password field.NOTE: After entering the password, the Connect (H) button will be enabled.
- Tap Connect (H). The progress of
the device addition will be displayed.
Now, you can see the newly added device on the Devices page.
