Changing the Wi-Fi Access Point

You can change the Wi-Fi network using the Wiser app.
  1. Tap Settings (A) > 3 Ph EMD (B) > Details (C).
  2. Based on device status, take following steps:
    Device Status Steps

    If Device Status is Online.

    1. Tap Change Wi-Fi (D) to change the Wi-Fi network.

      A pop-up will appear, asking for password of Wiser app.

    2. Enter the Wiser app password and tap Confirm.

    3. Select your preferred Wi-Fi network and enter the password in Wi-Fi Password field and tap Connect.

    If Device Status is Offline.

    1. Tap Change Wi-Fi (D) to change the Wi-Fi network.

      A pop up will appear, asking for password of Wiser app.

    2. Enter the Wiser app password and tap Confirm. This will initiate the device pairing mode.
