Pairing the Device

Pair the ENMOD3P device with the Wiser app to access and control the device.
IMPORTANT: Before pairing the device, connect your mobile to the home Wi-Fi network.

To pair the device:

  1. Open Wiser app on your phone.
  2. On the Home page (A), tap Devices (B).
  3. Tap (C) to add a device.
  4. The Add Device page includes the following tabs:
    • Preferred (D): This tab allows you to select a device directly from the preferred list.

      • Select Preferred > 3Ph Energy Monitoring Device (F).

    • All (E): This tab includes all available devices for you to select from.

      • Select All > Energy Meters & Protection> 3Ph Energy Monitoring Device (F).

    TIP: You can select a device from either tab based on your preference.
  5. Read the instructions and tap Next.
  6. Enable permissions to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi for scanning the devices and tap Next.
  7. Add the following device information and tap Next:

    • Type of location (G): Select the location of the device from drop-down list.

      NOTE: If you want to add a custom name of the location, select Enter custom name and enter name in Location Name field.
    • Area of the location (in sq ft) (H): Enter the size of the area.

    • Select Room (J): Select the room from drop-down list.

      NOTE: If you want to add a custom name of the room, select Add New Room and enter name in Enter Room Name field.
    • Name your Energy Meter (K): Enter the device name.

    • Energy Source (L): Select the energy source from drop-down list.

      Based on Energy Source selected, you will get additional field to update as shown in following table:

  8. Tap arrows to read all the instructions under Hardware Installation. Check the following boxes to confirm the status of the LED indicators:
    • Power LED in solid red.

    • Internet LED in blinking red.

    NOTE:
    • If the Power LED is not in solid red, then check the power connection.

    • If the Internet LED remains in solid red, then tap the reset button four times.

    • If the Internet remains in slow blinking red, then tap the reset button fourteen times.

  9. Tap to start the Bluetooth scanning.
  10. Select the Energy Meter device from the list (M).
    NOTE: If you are unable to find the device, tap Rescan (N).
  11. Enter the Wi-Fi password and tap Connect (P).
    NOTE: To change the Wi-Fi, tap Select Wi-Fi (Q)
  12. Now, your Energy Meter is added successfully in the App. You can see the newly added device on the Devices page.
