Adding a Schedule

  1. On the Automation Screen (A), tap (B) icon.

  2. Enter a name in the text field (C).

  3. Select the Device type of the Schedule.

    IMPORTANT:
    • A Schedule can only be created for one Device type. If you want to switch a light at the same time as closing a blind, you will need to create two Schedules.

    • Room Level Scheduling: When you assign a climate control device (such as a thermostat) to a room using the Wiser Home app, the system applies room-level scheduling. This means all devices within the same room follow a shared heating schedule. Based on the user role, a default schedule is created when climate devices are assigned.

      When signed in as a Professional Installer:

      • In the Device Control Screen, the Follow schedule toggle is Off by default.

      • All rooms are set to Manual mode.

      • You can enable the Follow schedule toggle if you want the default heating schedule to apply.

      When signed in as a Homeowner:

      • In the Device Control Screen, the Follow schedule toggle is On by default.

      • The system automatically applies a default heating schedule.

      • You can edit the schedule anytime to match your daily routine and preferences.

      Refer to Climate control for detailed information on the climate controls.

  4. Select the Devices to which the Schedule applies to.

    NOTE: All Devices of the selected Device type are available in the list.

  5. Tap Create (D).

  6. Tap (E) icon and set the details of the event.

  7. Keep adding events until the Schedule is complete.

    NOTE: Changes to the Schedule will be saved immediately.
  8. When the Schedule is complete, tap Back (F) to save the schedule.
