Managing Matter Connection

  1. On the Home screen of the Wiser Home app, tap .

  2. Tap Account > App and Connections > Matter.

  3. Choose one of the following options:

    1. Manage your connections: Here you can see all Wiser Home system that are currently joined to the Matter network.

      NOTE: This option is available only if you have already connected to Matter network.

      Tap Remove for the following reasons:

      • If you experience difficulties adding your Wiser Home system to the Matter network and can see the desired network in the list, tap this option to remove the network and try connecting again. Refer to Commissioning Wiser Hub to Matter Ecosystem to rejoin the matter network.

      • If you want to completely remove the network from the Matter network.

        NOTE: Make sure you remove the network from your third-party app as well.

    2. Add a new connection: Tap this option to add new connections to the Matter network. Refer to Commissioning Wiser Hub to Matter Ecosystem to add new connection.
