Configuring the motion sensor

Using the Wiser Home app, you can update the configuration of the motion sensor.

You can configure the device through its Device Details screen.

On the Home screen, tap .
Tap Devices > Outdoor Motion Sensor and select the motion sensor which you want to configure.

TIP: You can also open device details screen by tapping on Device settings on the device control screen.


A	Device Name: Tap to change the name of the device.
B	Location: Tap to assign a location for the motion sensor. Refer to Changing the location for more details on how to set the location.
C	Sensitivity: Tap to define the detection range of the motion sensor. Higher the sensitivity, more the detection range. Refer to Setting the sensitivity for more details on how to set sensitivity.
D	Motion Detection Timer: Tap to manage the operation time of a device after motion detection. Refer to Setting the motion detection timer for more details on how to set the lux level.
E	Lux Level: Tap to define threshold light intensity below which the connected load shall be activated. Refer to Setting the lux level for more details on how to set the lux level.
F	Motion Sensor LED: Tap the toggle switch (G) to allow the LED on the motion sensor to turn ON/OFF when motion is detected by the motion sensor.
G	Notify me if motion detected: Tap the toggle switch (H) to turn the notification ON/OFF. When it is ON and the motion is detected by the motion sensor, you get the notifications in the Wiser Home app.
H	Identify: Tap to find the location of the motion sensor in the room. NOTE: Upon identification of the motion sensor, the status LED on it blinks. Tap OK after identifying the motion sensor.
I	Delete: Tap to remove a motion sensor from the Wiser Home app. NOTE: After deleting, the motion sensor to operate being independent of the settings made in the Wiser Home app.
