Unrelate Associated Features

You can associate feature and object classes through a relationship class. You may want to temporarily disassociate a particular feature from its associated object or feature (and then reassociate it at a later time). ArcFM provides a way to do this without affecting all features that participate in the relationship class.

To disassociate a related object:

Expand feature and right-click associated object (e.g., transformer unit, fuse unit).
Select Unrelate Object to disassociate the object. If desired, you can reassociate the feature using Create Related Objects or Locate and Relate Objects.
