Installation Steps – IVR Outbound Service
Installation and Configuration
This is an optional module and is not required to run RxIF.

Run the RxIF.IvrOutboundService_####_Release installer.
In the Welcome dialog, click Next.
TIP: The #### in the installer name represents the release number. For example, if you are installing 10.6.1b, the installer name is RxIF.IvrOutboundService_1061b_Release, and the 10.8.1 installer name is RxIF.IvrOutboundService_1081_Release.

Enter the Username and password of a domain or local user
that will run the service. It must be a valid Responder user. Then
click Next.
- If ArcFM is installed, the same install location will be used. Otherwise ensure that the location is set to C:\Program Files (x86)\Miner and Miner\ or use the Browse button to select it, and click Next.

Start the installation by clicking on the Install Button.
The installation will complete and the files will be deployed to C:\Program Files (x86)\Miner and Miner\Responder\Integration\Ivr Outbound Service.
