Web Configuration for IVR

The table below shows web.config settings used for optional integration with MultiSpeak.

Ivr.EventMap	To define the event type mapping between the MultiSpeak and Responder.	Ivr.EventMap
Ivr.CallBackStatusMap	To define the Callback status mapping between the MultiSpeak and Responder.	Ivr.CallBackStatusMap
IvrCallRemarks	Remarks that appear for every call created via IVR integration.	Call by IVR
IvrCallRecordId	Field Name of the custom field added by the integration to store the call id in the IVR system. Used when closing the call or while submitting the Callback.	RXINT_CALL_RECORD_ID
