Welcome to the Responder Integration Framework (RxIF) Configuration Guide.

Here are some tips to help you find relevant information fast:

• Topics are organized thematically in the Table of Contents along the left-hand side. Expand topics to reveal subtopics.

• Use the Search field to type keywords you’re looking for. The Search defaults to querying within the current guide, but it also gives you the chance to query the entire catalog of guides. Further, it allows you to filter by product, guide type, and version. Enter your search terms to get started.

  Watch this short video that walks you through how to perform a search and filter your results.

• While reading a topic, press the down key to scroll down through the topic, press the right key to move to the next topic in the Table of Contents, and press the left key to move to the previous topic in the Table of Contents.

1. How do I remove a ping request record from the Ping Request tab?

   1. Ping request records can't be manually removed from the Ping Request tab. By default they are removed from the list after 8 hours. However, the duration ping requests display on the Ping Request tab is configurable through the Ami.PersistMeterPingDuration appSetting.
