Gas Tracing Messages

Trace results may extend beyond the boundaries of the downloaded data. In that case, you are shown a message in the Trace pane, and red warning markers appear in the map for each location that may be affected.

The customer and valve counts are appended with a plus (+) sign to indicate that the actual count could be higher than what's displayed.

If you click an area of the map that has no valves, you are shown the following message:

To correct that, download data that contains valves.

 If you click an area of the map that has no town border stations or upstream regulators, you are given the following message:

To correct that, download data that contains one or both of those items.
