Energy Tarrif

To effectively use the device you can add the tariff information in Wiser app.
  1. Tap Devices.
  2. Select the device under Energy Management.
  3. Select the Grid () channel.
  4. Tap Settings (A) > Energy Tariff (B).
  5. Select the month (C) and tap against each field to update following information:
    1. Regions: Enter region details (D).
    2. Retailer: Enter the retailer name (E).
    3. Plan Name: Enter the plan you have chosen (F).
    4. Enter the contracted load in kW (G).
    5. Enter fixed charge per kW (H).
    6. Tap Energy Tariff Type and select the required type from drop-down (J).
    7. If you have Flat Rate tariff, enter Cost per Unit (K).
    8. If you have Slab Rate tariff, tap Add Rate Slab and add slab details (L).
    9. Tap Add > Save.
    10. Select Current Month or All Future months (M) based on requirements.
