IP Configuration
Description
The
page allows you to set the IP parameters.The users with Installer or Engineer roles can change the IP configuration settings.
Navigation to the IP Configuration Page
To view the

IPv6 Settings
For IPv6 Configuration settings, after clicking
, a pop-up message is displayed for confirmation to restart the interface to apply the new settings:-
Click
to restart and apply the setting changes. -

to cancel the setting modifications and return to the last saved settings.

DNS Settings

Duplicate IP Address Detection
While connected to your network, the IFE interface publishes its IP address. To avoid any duplicate IP address conflicts, the IFE interface uses the address resolution protocol (ARP) to see if any other device on your network is using the same IP address. The following table explains how the IFE interface handles a duplicate IP address when it is detected.
