Manage Wiser Home AI

You can enroll/disenroll the devices or edit the home profile whenever required.

  1. On the Home screen, tap > Energy Management > Wiser Home AI.

Enrolling/Disenrolling devices from Wiser Home AI

Enroll the existing disabled devices to Wiser Home AI:

  1. Enable the toggle switch for the devices you want to have this feature.

    NOTE: You cannot enroll Wiser Home AI to two device of same type. For instance, if you have enrolled 1 EV Charger and 1 Water Heater and you wish to add another EV Charger or Water heater, you must disable the previously enrolled device to enable the new device.

Dis-enroll the devices from Wiser Home AI:

  1. Disable the toggle switch for the devices you don’t want to have this feature.

    A notification window is prompted. Read the information carefully.

  2. If you wish to proceed, tap Continue, else tap Cancel.

Changing your Home Profile

If you wish to change your home profile details for your devices:

  1. Tap on the required detail to be updated.

    • Car Usage

      • Leave home

        (time)

      • Use daily

        (Km)

    • Hot Water Usage

      • Use shower in morning

        (person count)

      • Use shower in evening

        (person count)

Disabling Wiser Home AI

To disable Wiser Home AI services:

  1. Tap Cancel Free Trial.

    A screen will appear to reconfirm your cancellation.

  2. If you still wish to cancel, tap Cancel free trial > Yes > OK.

    You will be redirected to Home screen.

To reactivate the service again, on the Home screen tap > Energy Management > Wiser Home AI. Follow the steps in Enable Wiser Home AI.
