ArcFM Mobile determines your GPS location through location services. If your device does not have location services activated in settings, you are notified as such.

ArcFM Mobile determines your GPS location through Windows Location Services. If your device is configured to prevent apps from accessing your location through Windows Location Services, you can enable them by searching for “location” from the Windows Start menu and opening Location Privacy Settings. Ensure that apps are allowed to access your location and that ArcFM Mobile has permission to do so as well. Depending on your environment, your IT administrator may need to enable location services for you.
