Troubleshooting

Symptom

Solution

The device is not ready to pair after the device is removed from the app.

Reset to factory default settings, refer to resetting the device.

If the device is offline in the app.

The Wi-Fi credentials may have changed.

Refer to Changing the Wi-Fi access point to update the Wi-Fi credentials.

If the device is not responding by physical operation.

Reboot the device by switching off the MCB for 3 seconds, then switching it back on.

If the device is not responding in the App.

Reboot the device. If the issue is still not resolved, connect with customer care.
