Locking the MasterPacT MTZ3 Safety Shutters

Pull the shutter indicator arm tabs out of the slot

Insert the padlock in the padlock tab and close the padlock.

Check that the safety shutters do not open when the actuator is pressed.

Remove the shutter locking blocks stored in the chassis.

Place a shutter locking block on each of the shutter mechanisms. One shutter mechanism per phase:

• Three shutter locking blocks to lock the 3P device safety shutters

• Four shutter locking blocks to lock the 4P device safety shutters

Insert a padlock in each shutter locking block tab and close the padlock.
