Diagnosing Error Messages

This topic is present in the MTZ1 User Guide (Operations in Critical Cases) and MTZ2/3 User Guide (Operations in Critical Cases). Any changes made will be made in both these guides.

Diagnosis Sequence

The following table shows the sequence of actions to take after an error is detected by the MicroLogic X control unit. Further explanation of each action is given in the following paragraphs.

Identify the error detected.

Consult the list of error messages and perform the actions recommended.

Press OK to acknowledge the error and return to the Home menu.

Press the Test/Reset button for 3 seconds to reset the latched events.

Identifying the Error Detected

An error message is displayed when the MicroLogic X control unit detects an internal error.

Service not performed - internal error

The requested action has failed due to an internal error

Repeat the action that caused the error. If the message is displayed again, switch off the 24 Vdc of the MicroLogic X control unit and switch it on again. If the problem persists, call your Schneider Electric Services representative.

Command rejected, already in progress

The MicroLogic X control unit has detected simultaneous orders (for example between IO and control unit).

Repeat the command.

Command rejected, already in asked state.

The MicroLogic X control unit is already in the requested state.

Check that the MicroLogic X control unit is in the required state. If it is not, repeat the command.

Session Key is invalid

The request action has failed because the session key is not valid.

Repeat the action that caused the error. If the message is displayed again, switch off the 24 Vdc of the MicroLogic X control unit and switch it on again. If the problem persists, call your Schneider Electric Services representative.

Out of session scope

The requested action has failed because it is not within the session scope.

Repeat the action that caused the error. If the message is displayed again, switch off the 24 Vdc of the MicroLogic X control unit and switch it on again. If the problem persists, call your Schneider Electric Services representative.

Session is already opened

The MicroLogic X control unit has detected simultaneous settings sessions (for example, EcoStruxure Power Commission and control unit).

Press OK to clear the message and then repeat the command.

No session is open

Submit/apply operations have not been performed within five minutes.

Start a new session, re-enter the settings, then submit and apply them.

Bluetooth disabled! To enable go to Configuration menu.

Bluetooth Low Energy communication has not been enabled for the MicroLogic X control unit.

Enable Bluetooth Low Energy communication from the MicroLogic X control unit menu > Configuration > Communication > Bluetooth.
