Bill of Material

BILL OF MATERIAL (A) displays the list of products used in the project along with their quantities and the prices for the concerned panel (main panel, sub-panel or all of them).

It displays the unit price of the products and the discounted price, based on the discount applied for a product family code (according to the country version).

If the negotiated discount from the distributor template is available in your country version, you can avail the discounted price when you upload the new discount list under My Profile > MY FAMILY DISCOUNT section.

You can view the bill of material with following options:

• Switchboard View (B): Product references are grouped by product category.

• References View (C): All the product references for the particular project are displayed.

To complete the template, do the following:

1. Click Download the template. Template form will be downloaded to your system.

2. Update and save it on your system.

3. Click Upload the completed file here to upload the updated template.

4. Once the upload is complete, click the (Refresh) icon to get the latest price and discounts.

To add miscellaneous products to the project, go to the MISCELLANEOUS (D) section and do the following:

1. Click Connected product (E), to add any Schneider Electric connected product.

   NOTE: Connected products will be highlighted with a wireless pictogram in the list.

2. Click Other products (F), to add any other Schneider Electric product.

3. Click Add a product (G), to add any products from other supplier. You can enter product details manually in the list.

Click Buy from Distributor and select the distributor from the list to buy the products listed on the bill of materials.
