Post Installation
Shared projects can be updated by Administrators if any new shared configurations need to be pushed.
You can use different methods to open a shared project.

Optimal Process
Conditions that must be met:

The portal URL configured with users’ tenant and portal accounts must be added to the ArcGIS Pro configuration through the Portals area of the Project tab.

Users must be logged in to Portal via ArcGIS Pro.

The company portal should be set as the active portal (on the Project tab, right-click the portal and select Set As Active Portal.
- Launch ArcGIS Pro and sign in to the tenant with a valid credentials.
- Select Open Another Project.
- Select Open then select Portal. Users see all groups of which they are a member, and they need to be told under which group the project is hosted.
- Select the appropriate ArcFM Editor XI project and wait for it to load.
Download from Portal
- Access the portal URL in your browser of choice.
- Navigate to the Portal Group or Content location from which the project is hosted.
- Click the project to download.
- Open the project and view all available content.
