Optimal Process
Conditions that must be met:

The Portal URL configured with users’ tenant and Portal accounts must be added to the ArcGIS Pro configuration through the Portals area of the Project tab.

Users must be logged in to Portal via ArcGIS Pro.

The company portal should be set as the active portal (on the Project tab, right-click the portal and select Set As Active Portal.
IMPORTANT: For the purpose of reliability in
using Editor XI, all projects must have layers sourced in the subtype group
layer format . Any projects not in this format are not expected to
have reliable analytics.
- Launch ArcGIS Pro and sign in to the tenant with valid credentials.
- Select Open Another Project.
- Under Portal, select My Groups. Users see all groups of which they are a member, and they need to be told under which group the project is hosted.
- Select the appropriate ArcFM Editor XI project, and click OK. Wait for it to load.
