Conduit Manager Network Categories

This list enumerates the equipment type network categories that are needed to support ArcFM Conduit Manager. They all apply to feature types in the structure domain network.

E:Conductor Node	Electric Junction	Identifies the spatial junction type that is automatically created by Conduit Manager Layout Editor at the ends of each non-spatial conductor object placed inside of a duct, to support electric connectivity to Devices or other conductors.
E:Conduit Occupant - Spatial Conductor	Electric Line	Identifies spatial conductor types that are eligible to be placed inside of a duct.
E:Conduit Occupant - Non-spatial Conductor	Electric Junction Object	Identifies non-spatial conductor types that are eligible to be placed inside of a duct.
S:Duct	Structure Edge Object	Applies to an object in the structure edge object table that represents a single duct within a duct bank.
S:Duct Bank	Structure Line	Applies to a feature in the structure line feature class that represents a duct bank.
S:Duct Bank End	Structure Junction	Applies to a feature in the structure junction feature class that represents the physical position (in 3–D geographic coordinates) that the center of a duct bank enters/exits a vault.
S:Duct Bank Hub	Structure Junction	Serves as a connectivity hub in the structure network. Participates in junction-junction associations with all duct bank ends in the same vault.
S:Duct End	Structure Junction	Applies to a feature in the structure junction feature class that represents the physical position (in 3–D geographic coordinates) that a duct enters/exits a vault.
S:Duct End Direction Line	Structure Line	Applies to a feature in the structure Line feature class that points in the direction that the duct flag is presenting.
S:Duct End Flag	Structure Boundary	Applies to a feature in the structure boundary feature class that represents a duct within a duct flag. This feature must be able to represent different duct cross section shapes and diameters.
S:Duct Flag Leader Line	Structure Line	Applies to a feature in the structure line feature class that forms a visual link from a point on a duct Bank to a duct flag that shows the cross-section diagram for the duct bank at that point.
S:Duct Flag Outline	Structure Boundary	Applies to a feature in the Structure Boundary feature class which contains S:Duct End Flag features while providing a background for visibility of the flags. The outline is the location where duct flag labeling is stored and can be viewed on the map.
S:Vault	Structure Boundary	Applies to a feature in the structure boundary feature class that represents a vault that provides access to duct work.
