Logs
There are two types of logs:

NMC Log: Contains information about the display and network activities.
-
UPS Log: Contains information about the system status and operation modes.
View the NMC Log
- From the home screen on the display select .
- You can browse through the list of the events using the arrows.
- You can now perform the following operations in the event
log:
- Tap the filter button to filter the events. Different filter settings are available, including:
- Tap the recycle bin button to clear the event log and select Yes to confirm.
- Tap the home button to exit the log.
View the UPS Log
- From the home screen on the display select .
- You can now browse through the list of the UPS events using the arrows.
- You can perform the following operations in the UPS log:
- Tap the filter button to filter the events. Different
filter settings are available, including:
Filters for Power Events: Communication, Device, Output, Input, Battery, UPS Operation Mode, Parallel System, Reminders, Switchgear, and/or RFC 1628 MIB.
Filters for System events: Mass Configuration and/or Security.
- Tap the recycle bin button to clear the UPS log and select Yes to confirm.
- Tap the filter button to filter the events. Different
filter settings are available, including:
- Tap the home button to exit the log.
Export Data from Logs
The exported log can only be used by Schneider Electric customer support for analysis.
- From the home screen on the display select .
- Insert a USB device in the USB port (A) located on the front of the display.
- Tap the Start Data Export button.
When the download is complete, the following message will be shown on the screen: Data Exported Successfully. Remove USB device.
- Remove the USB device and tap the home button to exit the screen.
- The exported data on the USB device can now be sent to Schneider Electric support for analyzing.
