Design Summary Export Tools

In the bottom right of the Design Summary form is the Export to Excel and Export to HTML tools. These two tools export your design summary per the items you check in the Design Summary Form to either Excel or HTML.

Design Summary Export to Excel tool exports the form as currently reflected by the selections in the Design Summary dialog into a Microsoft Excel file. Once complete, the export automatically opens in Microsoft Excel. Users can also apply a customized stylesheet.

Design Summary Export to HTML tool also exports the selected items in the design summary form. This tool opens the exported HTML in your default web browser. Users can also apply a customized stylesheet.

NOTE: The Design Summary Export Tools on the toolbar are slightly different from the export tools at the bottom of the Design Summary Form. The ones on the toolbar export the entire design summary with no comments or filters. These tools are essentially shortcuts to export the entire design summary without launching the Design Summary Form.
