View Examples of Editor Client Workflows

On the Editor Client subtab, you can use the examples (included in the Workflows plugin), such as Session Gallery Tool Example, to help quickly set up a few workflows. The Session Gallery Tool Example can be used to place a new button onto the Session Manager toolbar within ArcGIS Pro.
  1. Click the View Examples button.
  2. In the Examples dialog, select the workflow example on the left that you want to use. In the following image, the Session Gallery Tool example is selected:

  3. On the Graph tab in the middle pane of the Examples dialog, select all the code text and copy the code using Ctrl+C.
  4. Close the Examples dialog then go back to the Studio tab and paste the code into the code textbox using Ctrl+V.

    Before publishing your workflow, it's wise to review the example code you pasted to look for any variables that need to be updated to variables specific to your organization. For example, Session Gallery Tool Example needs the name of the button that you are adding to the Session Manager toolbar, as well as the URL to the button image. Review each workflow carefully before publishing.
