From the Edit Incident window, right-click one of the crews on the Crew Assignments tab and select Edit. There can be multiple rows for each crew, one for each stage of restoration (e.g., dispatched, working, completed).
Archive Explorer maintains only the crews and their assignments. Archive information about crew members and trucks is not available.
You can edit feature information such as the time assigned, status, and lead crew. You cannot edit fields in gray.
