Users can locate incidents, crews, tags, and incident devices on the map in ArcMap. Right-click an incident, crew, or incident device and select one of the following options:

•   Highlight: The feature (incident, crew, tag, or device) flashes three times on the map. If the feature is out of visible range, use the Zoom To tool before using Highlight.

•   Zoom To: Changes the map display so that the selected feature is visible.

•   Zoom To Incident Extent: Changes the map display so that the selected feature and its outage area are visible.

•   Pan To: Moves the map display so that the selected feature is included without changing the map scale.

• Quick Attribute Viewer: The Quick Attribute Viewer is a read-only display of feature attributes and values. Click the Quick Attribute Viewer to see attribute information about the fault device or feature.
