Conduit Trace Criteria
Use this dialog to define your conduit trace criteria.
There are two ways to access the Conduit Trace Criteria:

On the Conduit Manager Trace toolbar select Options, select the Conduit Traces tab, and click the Set Conduit Trace Criteria button.
Your Conduit Trace Criteria choices are saved to your user profile. This means they persist even if you close and re-open ArcMap.
Duct Size
Duct Materials
Trench Capacity
Occupants
Duct Count
Availability Attribute
On the Availability Attribute tab, click the check box if you want to include ducts previously assigned an Unavailable value in the Availability Indicator field.
You can also select to trace through ducts for a certain reason. To do so click the check box for Trace through ducts that are unavailable only for the following reasons:. Then check the appropriate box for any of the reasons listed that you wish to apply, None, Full, or Obstructed.
Duct Type
You can select to trace through certain types of ducts on the Duct Type tab.
Click the check box next to Trace only through ducts following types: to limit the trace to only certain utility duct types.
Then check the box in front of the appropriate utilities you want to include in your trace.
Click Apply.
Once you have selected a type from the list, placed flags return the trace results as the DuctType. If no criteria match the duct features you selected, then the trace provides no DuctType results.
