Although this domain is not required, it must be created for Circuit Manager to work properly. This domain can provide the coded values for different functionality within Circuit Manager, and it helps track the status of circuits.

This domain must be called Fiber Circuit Status.

If you want to denote that fibers are damaged or defective and have them publish in a cable report, you need to use the value Defective in your Fiber Status domain.
