Getting Started with Fiber Builder

Fiber Builder is found on the Main Menu > Fiber tab.

When using Fiber Builder for the first time, keep the following in mind:

• If you are a Fiber Admin, you do not need to be in a Session in order to create and manage fiber favorites. However, you do need to be in Edit Mode within ArcGIS Pro.

• If you are going to edit existing fiber locations, open a Session.

• If you are a Fiber Editor, edit work is done within a Session.

  Everybody in your company sees the same set of fiber favorites. All fiber favorites are available to Fiber Editors regardless of what session they are in.
