Allow Joining through This Device

This function allows you to initiate the pairing process through a specific device. For example, you can pair a sensor through a nearby socket. New devices can join the network but only through the selected router.

Steps to pair devices

1. Open the pairing dialog:

   • Click .

   • A dialog box will appear asking if you want to change the network status to Open.

   • Click Yes.

2. Pair the device:

   • Follow the instructions in the Pairing the Device chapter to complete the pairing process.

3. Close the network:

   • Once pairing is complete, click the Network state: open button at the top right.

   • Click Yes to close the network.
