Restore or Complete

Once a device has been restored in the field, the corresponding incident and/or device must be completed and restored in Responder Explorer. This section discusses the methods for restoring devices and completing incidents in Responder Explorer.

Alternatively, you can use a Restoration Order to restore devices and complete incidents. Restoration Orders are covered in another section. 

Restored features and closed incidents can be stored and viewed in Archive Explorer. An Administrator must configure this functionality.
