Following are the details of derating based on altitude:

Up to 2000 m, there is no impact on the rated operating voltage or the maximum operating temperature.

Above 2000 m altitude, the derating begins and the percentage of derating is shown in the table above.
For example, if the product is installed between 2000 and 3000 m, the derating factor is 0.93, which means the values are 93% of the rated specifications. In this case, the rated operating voltage (Ue) changes from 100–265 V ac/dc to 100–246 V ac/dc, and the maximum operating temperature decreases from 70°C to 65°C.
