Enable Branch Versioning for Map Objects
Fiber Manager XI uses branch versioning to track user operation changes. This versioning method is not stored in the asset package and needs to be enabled. For more information about versioning, see the Esri topic Versioning types.
To enable versioning:
-
In the ArcGIS Pro > Catalog pane, expand your database to find the Circuit relationships in your database. Each relationship
in question has the word Circuit in the name and are listed together.
Circuit Relationship Names
-

Right-click each circuit relationship, and select Properties.
-
Check the box next to Versioning and make sure Branch is enabled, then click OK.
The Archiving and Global IDs options are checked by default. Make sure to check Editor Tracking (this adds creation and last edited fields).
-
Find all the tables in your database list. Right click on each table and select Manage. Example: F-DEVICEPORT and F_FIBER
In the window that opens, enable Versioning, and click OK.
-
When the tables and relationships are versioned, save your project.
