Solution Center Configurations for Fiber Manager XI
When you click the Fiber Manager plugin of Solution Center, you see a tabbed menu to guide you through the fiber object behaviors and hierarchies settings as well as managing fiber users. All configuration settings can be modified if needed. You must restart ArcGIS Pro to pick up those changes.
IMPORTANT: You must Publish the Fiber Feature Service, configure
the domain network, and confirm the service is started before you
can access this section. You can see error messages in different plugins
of Solution Center that tell you the service is down.

In Mapping > Operational Maps, the service status is listed under the map server URL.

In Editor > Editor Maps, the message reads,
Cannot connect to Utility Network at the given URL. -
In Fiber Manager > Feature Services, the message reads,
Cannot connect to Utility Network at the given URL.
