If you have the proper permissions, you can select multiple features and then right-click and select Mass Edit to change multiple loadpoints.
You can edit Responsible Incident Device Type and Object ID, and times. The Highlight, Zoom To, and Pan To tools are enabled only if you have ArcMap open.
