Prediction

Available in Responder Web Browser.

The dispatcher can enable or disable prediction and assign prediction modes to specific regions.

• Is Outage Prediction Enabled: You can set this value to turn prediction on or off, which impacts prediction for all regions. Click Disable to stop prediction and Enable to start it. When Prediction is enabled, you may need to create an exception in your Windows Firewall to ensure that Prediction works properly.

• Probable State Candidate Polling Frequency: This value determines the frequency with which Responder analyzes all incidents with an Unconfirmed status and determines whether they should be moved to a Probable status. This value is set during configuration and cannot be changed in the web browser.

• Call Prediction Polling Frequency: This value determines the frequency with which Responder looks for unprocessed calls. This value is set during configuration and cannot be changed in the web browser.

The Prediction page offers two tabs: Service Regions and Assignments List.
