Responder provides various means to view outage data and incident information. The Dashboard on the Responder web browser is available to anyone who has access to the Responder web application, regardless of their assigned roles. Users who have access to the Responder web browser don't need to sign in to view outage data in a few different formats. A Dispatcher can select an incident in Responder Explorer and view a report on that incident.
