Default Symbology in Responder Explorer
Responder Explorer uses bold text and different row colors to indicate call status. This functionality is customizable and may be different in your Responder Explorer. See the previous topic Customize Symbology in Responder Explorer for additional information on customizing the colors. Below are the default settings:

Yellow row: Indicates an incident with a critical customer.

Orange row: Indicates an incident that affects more than 200 customers. Displayed in the Alerts window.

Red text: Indicates an incident that is about to expire. Displayed in the Alerts window.

Bold red text: Indicates an incident that has expired. Displayed in the Alerts window.

Green row: Indicates the incident is new.

Blue row: Indicates a hazard or that hazards accompany the incident.

Pink row: Indicates a cut rather than a device incident.

Gray text: Indicates an incident that is assigned to any user other than the current user.

Gray row: Indicates a call that is not associated with a valid customer. The call was received from a person whose name doesn't appear in the customer database.

Light gray row: Indicates a customer loadpoint that has been disconnected from the geometric network in the geodatabase.
