Basemaps

In this subtab, you can provide additional basemaps to be available in the DHFC application.

IMPORTANT: Additional basemaps are optional. However, if you do choose to provide your users with additional basemaps, one of them must be checked as the default. The application does not load the basemaps if one is not checked as the default.

Existing Basemaps

Existing basemaps are listed on the left-hand side. Click an existing basemap to view its attributes.

New Basemaps

Click the Add New icon to get started. Provide the following information:

Name: This should be a descriptive name so all administrators know what it is. This name is also visible in the DHFC application.
Description: This is an optional field available to add more details about the service.
URL: Paste the URL of the basemap here.

TIP: The field warns you if the URL format is invalid.
Is Default: Check the box to mark the basemap as the default. Of all the maps in the Basemaps subtab, one of them must be checked as the default.

When finished, click Save.
