RFCable_OverheadSpan

There are two versions of this relationship:

RFCable_OverheadSpan for the as-built representation.
RFCable_OverheadSpan_D for the in-design representation.

Almost all of the step-by-step instructions are the same for this relationship, except for adding attributes. This relationship does have attributes added in addition to the unique identifiers. The table below explains how to add the additional attribute.
