There are two versions of this relationship:

RFCable_UndergroundSpan for the as-built representation.
RFCable_UndergroundSpan_D for the in-design representation.

Almost all of the step-by-step instructions are the same for this relationship, except for adding attributes. This relationship does have attributes added in addition to the unique identifiers. The table below explains how to add the additional attribute.
