Racking-out the Device From Connected to Test Position

Remove the racking handle from its storage space.

Insert the racking handle into the racking handle slot.

Push in the position release button.

Turn the racking handle counterclockwise.

Result: The device moves forward in the chassis.

When the test position is reached, the position release button pops out and the mechanism blocks the racking handle.

Result: The device is in the test position. Remove the racking handle or continue to disconnected position.
