TeSys N starters are used for full-voltage starting and stopping of AC squirrel-cage motors. Starters are available in NEMA Sizes 00–7 and come standard with Motor Logic Class 10/20 selectable solid-state overload relays. Starters with bimetal overload protection can be assembled from TeSys N contactors and TeSys Deca overload relays.

  2. Special size combinations of the contactor and Motor Logic overload relay are available. Add 0 to the catalog number before the coil voltage for a Size 0 overload relay (6–18 A); 9 for a Size 00C (3–9 A); and 8 for a Size 00B (1.5–4.5 A)—for example, T36CN130G7.
  3. The 24 and 120 Vac coils are available with optional separate control; add Form S to the catalog number (for example, T36AN13B7S).
