Communication Cable
CommunicationCable carries nonelectric signals within the network. Structures, mainly poles, may be used under a joint ownership agreement or lease to support power and communication lines. Other utilities or entities may attach cables that carry signals such as CATV. CommunicationCable can also be used to control SCADA equipment. CommunicationCable inherits the attributes of ElectricComplexEdge.
Conduit Manager uses the ULSMEMBER model name to designate the CommunicationCable feature class as an edge that can be found within a conduit.
