SplitterLocation
A SplitterLocation is a network junction feature that represents the place where one or more splitters are located in the system. This feature acts in a similar way to a DeviceLocation, with the difference being that these locations always have at least one splitter present. This type of data structure makes data management, reporting and tracing logic easier to manage.
