Configure ArcFM Phase Swap

The Phase Swap tool allows users to switch a branch of existing energized feeder from one phase to another. The following model name and field model names must be assigned. In addition, this tool also requires configuration of Feeder Manager (see below).

This tool requires configuration of Feeder Manager, which includes the following field model names:

Feature Class	Field	Field Model Name	Domain
Any feature class that may participate in Phase Swap	Phase Designation	PHASEDESIGNATION	On the Properties Subtypes tab, assign the appropriate domain for each subtype: Phase Designation, Single Phase, Two Phase, or Three Phase.
Any switchable device that may participate in Phase Swap	NormalPosition_A	NORMALPOSITION_A	Normal Status
Any switchable device that may participate in Phase Swap	NormalPosition_B	NORMALPOSITION_B	Normal Status
Any switchable device that may participate in Phase Swap	NormalPosition_C	NORMALPOSITION_C	Normal Status

Omit Features from Phase Swap

Assign the DISABLEPHASESWAP model name to any feature class that you wish to omit from Phase Swap. The Phase Swap tool will ignore any feature class with this model name assigned.
